Kylix
The building and the private investment social club — where the House is executed in full, and where its members invest together in land, properties, and businesses.
Lucien Faber
The complete experience: Foundation, Temple, Ritual, Vault — clinical health, recovery, grooming, and hospitality as one connected system.
Kyreion
The clinical layer: diagnostics, medically guided care, and the thirteen Essential Systems that run beneath everything.
Kylix is the House, built to be lived in.
A complete wellness house for men, executed in full, in a building of its own — and around it, a private investment social club whose members pool capital to acquire land, properties, and businesses together.
Admission to Kylix is limited and vetted, and it opens later. For now the Annex shows what is being drawn: the Register is the way to be kept close as it develops.
Five levels. One green spine.
Drawn like a house opened floor by floor. Each floor holds an identity; the House flows through all of them, and a planted light well runs the full height, every floor borrowing its light.
Floor plans, sectional drawings, three-dimensional renderings, and a virtual tour arrive here as they are drawn. In-development concepts, not final plans.

What the building holds.
Heat and water
The Temple, in full.Sauna, steam, ice plunge, magnesium soak — the contrast cadence built into the structure of the building.
Recovery and restoration
Recovery that travels to the man.Massage rooms, hyperbaric chambers, sensory-deprivation environments, and recovery echoed on every floor.
Strength and performance
Serious basics, top of the line.Performance space on structural ground; body composition, grip, and athletic testing as part of the routine.
Grooming and personal care
The club floor, where a man is put together.Private cutting rooms, showers and changing behind them, so he steps into the House already composed.
Kyreion
The clinical layer, reached discreetly.Exams, diagnostics, draws, IV lounge, PRP — reached without crossing the social floor.
Private rooms
Designed to be lived in, not visited.Self-contained rooms that convert — rest, work, wash — for those who stay.
Food and beverage
A chef and a mixologist in the House.A bar, a lounge, a chef’s kitchen, and a chef’s table.
Style and craft
A tailor beside the barber.Dress, fit, and the objects the House stands behind.
Founding residencies
Partners who take up space. The partner’s work present in the rooms, in the hands of the specialists, and in what guests take home.
Work and perspective
A quiet place to think.Private offices, a meeting room, a library, and a silent room on every floor.
Culture and connection
The social floor.Where the House gathers — events, conversation, the club’s life.
To be named
The twelfth section is open.Held for the founder’s decision.
“The best way to predict the future is to invent it.”
Help shape what comes next.
The Register is for those who want to be identified and followed as early Kylix interest. No commitment, no payment — a name, and a way to reach you as the drawings become rooms.
You are on the Register. The House will write when there is something to show.
Enter the House as it stands. Remain with it as it takes form.
A Founding Member holds a position in the House today — and a standing relationship with what it becomes. When Kylix opens, Founding Members are the first to hear.
Drawn before it is built.
