Every Root visit starts here, once. A camera scan reads your scalp — follicle density, buildup, condition — and Rain walks you through what it shows in plain language. You leave knowing exactly what your scalp needs, which visit she recommends, and why. Your comfort preferences are gathered, so every visit after is prepared around you.
Begin with the consultation. A few questions help Rain prepare before you arrive.

The maintenance visit. When your scalp is in good standing, Tend keeps it there — focused scalp massage, wash and condition, neck and shoulders, a serum to close. No heat, no masks — a healthy scalp doesn’t need them, so you’re not paying for them.

Heat opens it, exfoliation clears what’s built up, deep conditioning feeds it back, and the face and beard are brought into the work. This is the one Rain prescribes most, because it’s the one that corrects.
