Temple / Recovery

The body doesn’t reset on its own.

Temple is where recovery is carried out.

This isn’t passive. The body is worked through pressure, rhythm, and controlled pacing — guided out of tension and into responsiveness.

Each experience targets a different state, but all follow the same principle: applied work, not assumed recovery.

Temple Practitioner Name to come
Every Temple visit begins with what the body is doing now — where it holds tension, how it trains, and what it needs to leave with.

Domain 02 · Self-directed recovery

Stillness

Recovery the body carries out on its own terms — heat, cold, water, and time between them.

Every Temple experience includes the Stillness step the House pairs with it — the sauna with eucalyptus before, at no charge.

Unlimited Stillness, at any hour, comes with a Founding Member position.

01

Sauna

Dry heat loosens the muscles and slows the breath. With eucalyptus in the air, the chest opens and each breath goes deeper. Recommended before bodywork, so the work reaches further.
02

Steam room

Moist heat that softens the skin and eases the airways — a gentler way into warmth.
03

Ice plunge & magnesium soak

One plunge, heat and cold. Cold wakes the body and brings the blood flow back after a session. The magnesium soak helps the muscles settle and supports recovery after training.
04

Walk-in shower

The reset between stations — rinse, cool down, move on.
