The Survey, at home
One box, three samples — blood, saliva, hair. The nurse comes to you or the kit ships to your door; either way, inside the price.
Intake in stages
Consent, then the universal intake, then your system questions — released at purchase, at kit delivery, and when the sample is submitted.
Review and Blueprint
The clinical team reads everything and builds a phased plan. The Blueprint lives in your profile, with reassessment through the year.

THIRTEEN opens with Foundation in January 2027, first for Founding Members and House Members. Until then, interest is collected through Foundation.
